What are the best places for teenagers to work in San Jose, California?
I'm 17 years old, and really want to work somewhere that gets good tips I'm 17 years old and need a job, preferably one that gets tips

Get a job as a pizza delivery driver. It usually pays minimum wage, but you get good tips on the deliveries, and most places will compensate you for the gas, if not lend you one of their cars. Right now I work for Mt. Mike's pizza, and I get paid minimum wage, plus $1 per delivery, and tips, which on an average night works out to about $17.50 an hour. It's a really easy job too. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if all places accept drivers that are under the age of 18, you'll have to check that out for yourself, but you'll have a better chance at getting a job as a driver than one as a waiter, because waiters need to serve alcohol.
