Original Joes on South 1st is everybody's first choice. You can also try Maggiano's at Santana Row, but the dining room gets a little loud, so see if you can get a banquet room, assuming there are enough of you.

You can go to Krung Thai on Winchester.

Seven on The Alameda near San Jose/Santa Clara border is great for work groups. American-French cuisine. My company took a group there last month.
