What's the best way to go to work from San Jose (near SJC airport) to Redwood City in the morning?
I am new to this. If I want to avoid major traffic in the morning, how much earlier or later should I start driving? If I had to drive during high traffic time (e.g. jams on 101), what would be the best alternative routes? Though the starting location is around the intersection of 880 and 101 (not at the airport), so taking the airport bus is probably not a viable option. Also, even if we take the Caltrain to Redwood City, the transportation within the destination city is still very limited without a car. I prefer to explore options where we can still drive first. Take the airport bus to the Santa Clara Caltrain station. Take the Caltrain to Redwood City. No traffic worries.
